GCK low-voltage extraction type switch cabinet consists of the power distribution center (PC) cabinet and motor control center (MCC). This series of products features with high breaking capacity, good thermal stability, advanced and reasonable structure. What’s more, as a practical series of electrical schemes allowing various combinations of devices, the products share strong universality in electric systems. In addition, as a cabinet accommodating more circuits, the switchgear also bears the following advantages: area saving, beautiful appearance, high protection grade, safe and reliable, convenient maintenance. The cabinet conforms to GB7251.1 “Low-voltage Switchgear Assemblies”, ZBK36001-89 “Low-voltage Extraction Switchgear Assemblies”.
Application:
GCK low-voltage extraction type switch cabinet can be applied to power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other power users, in which the power frequency is 50Hz, the highest working voltage is 660V and the highest working current is 3150A. The products are used for power conversion and control of some equipment, such as power distribution, motor control, lighting.
Application condition:
1. The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
2. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃. The average temperature within 24h shall not be higher than +35℃, and the ambient air temperature shall not be lower than -5℃;
3. Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean. The relative humidity does not exceed 50% when the temperature is +40℃, and higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is low. For example, it is 90% at +20℃;
4. The equipment shall be installed in a place free from fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion, violent vibration, and shock;
5. When installing the equipment, the inclination of the switch cabinet to vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees;
6. This product is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperature: -25℃~55℃, in a short time (no more than 24h) no more than +70℃.
