Production Description:
Main body:
The base of YB1-12 type prefabricated transformer substation is welded by groove steels, and rust-proof paint is applied after rust-proof treatment. The shell is made of an environmental-protection type of composite profile plate, thin steel plate or aluminum alloy plate. The top plate is lined with a heat shield and there are cooling vents around the four sides. Both “head type” and “grade type” substations are available to customers according to the design or electrical needs; Depending on the location of the installation environment, it can be designed into environmental landscape type or normal type. There are three independent isolated rooms: a high voltage room, a transformer room, and a low voltage room.
High voltage room:
There are 10KV (6KV) high voltage distribution cabinet, common type SF6 load switch cabinet or inflatable SF6 load switch cabinet. If the capacity of the transformer is relatively large, vacuum circuit breaker cabinet could be added.
Transformer room:
The transformer can be equipped with the dry type, oil-immersed type or special type transformer, the top of the chamber is equipped with ventilation and cooling device. The bottom of the oil-immersed type transformer is equipped with oil permeation grid. The transformer is equipped with a protective screen.
Low voltage room:
Stationary or extraction type distribution cabinet.
There is an observation window for outdoor meter reading.
Application:
YBM1-12/0.4 type high/low prefabricated transformer substation is applicable to the terminal projects of 10KV ring network and radial grid power supply. As a replacement for special power distribution room, the product features with covering small floor area, environmental protection, beautiful and easy to install and move and it is widely used in cities, roads, parks, mines, and other outdoor places.
Application condition:
1. Maximum ambient temperature: +40℃, minimum temperature: -15℃, daily average: ≤35℃；
2. Ambient humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤95%; monthly average relative humidity ≤90%; daily mean vapor pressure ≤2.2×10-3 Mpa；Monthly mean vapor pressure: ≤1.8×10-3 Mpa
3. The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m;
4. Earthquake less than magnitude 8;
5. The installation site must be free from water, flammable and explosive hazards, chemical corrosive gas and violent vibration.
