MNS type low voltage extraction switch cabinet (hereafter referred to as switch cabinet) was developed with reference to the MNS series low voltage switch cabinet of Swiss ABB Company and comprehensive improvement was made. It is an advanced low voltage extraction switch cabinet in the current domestic market. The switch cabinet is made up of the standardized series of modules, and a reliable mechanical interlock device is equipped in the drawer, which makes it safer and more reliable to use.
Application:
The switch cabinet is applicable to ac 50(60)Hz, rated working voltage 400V, 600V, rated current 5000A and three-phase five lines power supply system. It can be applied to power plants, substations, industrial & mining enterprises, buildings & hotels, airports, docks and communication centers like radio and television broadcast, for the use of the control of power generation, power distribution, power conversion, and power consumption equipment. The capacitance compensation cabinet is used for reactive power compensation of the main bus. The cabinet conforms to GB7251.1 “Low-voltage Switchgear Assemblies”, IEC60439 “Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Assemblies”.
Application condition:
1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed +40℃. The average temperature measured within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃, and the lowest ambient air temperature shall not be lower than -5℃;
2. The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
3. The surrounding air is not visibly contaminated by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors, or salt spray;
4.Atmospheric conditions: the air is clean. When the temperature reaches the highest point +40℃, the relative humidity shall not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed. (For example, the relative humidity at +20℃ is 90%） But it should be considered that due to the change in temperature, there may be occasional moderate condensation;
5. When installing the equipment, the inclination of the switch cabinet to vertical plane shall not exceed 5 degrees;
6. The equipment shall be installed in a place free from violent vibration and shock;
