XGN15-12 type ring network cabinet (Indoor ac high voltage sulfur hexafluoride ring network switchgear) is a compact and expandable metal closed switch equipment with sulfur hexafluoride load switch and air-insulated body, applicable to power distribution automation. The merits of the cabinet include small size, full parameters, low price, and less maintenance. There are three positions based interrupter, that is “connecting, breaking and grounding”. "Five protection" functions are fully considered: The primary switch cannot be turned on/off under loaded condition; staff is prohibited to wrongly enter into charged space; primary switch will not be turned on/off by mistake; grounding undercharged condition is prohibited, no electricity in the grounding places of grounding switch. Its excellent performance is also reflected on the following features: the interlock is reliable; the break insulation is high; the long distance is designed; the outlet end is protected by the pressure cover. The special dynamic seal and fixed seal design, coupled with advanced technical performance and light & flexible assembly schemes are deliberately considered to meet the constantly changing market requirements. The cabinet is fit to be equipped with urban power grid of the new generation of high voltage switching equipment.
Applicable to industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, residential areas, pre-installed substation, and other places, the cabinet is used in three-phase ac 10KV, 50Hz power system, to turn on/off load current, fault current, to control and protect lines and distribution transformers. XGN 15-12/24 type sulfur hexafluoride ring network switchgear is fit with many primary switches, such as N36/FLN48 type SF6 load switch made in china, SC6 series load switches from Schneider Co., original SFG type from ABB Co., and GN30 type breaker. In addition, VS1 breaker, original VD4 breaker from ABB Co. and other stationary circuit breakers can also be equipped with the cabinet under the users’requirement. Interlock is reliable and the national "five defense" standard is reached.
Application:
XGN15-12 type ring network cabinet is suitable for ac 50Hz and 12kV power system, and is widely used in industrial and civil cable ring network and power supply terminal projects. The cabinet is especially suitable for the following places: power distribution in urban residential areas, small secondary substations, power stations, industrial and mining enterprises, shopping malls, airports, subways, wind power generation, hospitals, stadiums, railways, tunnels, etc.
Application condition:
1. Maximum ambient temperature: +40℃, minimum temperature: -15℃, daily average: ≤35℃；
2. Ambient humidity: daily average relative humidity ≤95%; monthly average relative humidity ≤90%; daily mean vapor pressure ≤2.2×10-3 Mpa；Monthly mean vapor pressure: ≤1.8×10-3 Mpa
3. The elevation of the installation site shall not exceed 1000m;
4. Earthquake less than magnitude 8;
5. The installation site must be free from water, flammable and explosive hazards, chemical corrosive gas and violent vibration.
